Daisy Ortiz, MD

Dr. Ortiz has been a long-time resident of the Philadelphia area. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the State University of New York, Stony Brook.

After receiving her M.D. degree from Temple University School of Medicine, she completed her Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology/Hepatology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Dr. Ortiz was in private practice prior to joining Bux-Mont Gastroenterology. Her clinical practice includes gastrointestinal disorders, colon cancer screening and liver disease.
